Nose piercing gay

While you should never speculate on someone’s sexual orientation based on which side of their nose they have pierced, some people on TikTok pierce the left side to indicate they are heterosexual or bisexual.

The belief that a nose piercing on a certain side stands for the person's sexuality. Preferably the right side meaning straight and left side being gay. I've heard if you get a nose piercing depending on whatever side you choose it means you're gay or straight.

Piercing on the right side of the nose for guys has mostly been associated with identification as a homosexual. Earlier, one could pierce on either side without necessarily trying to symbolize their gender.

In some LGBTQ communities, septum piercings are embraced as a sign of pride and expression. Gobel, a member of the queer community, found that her septum piercing had personal meaning to her: “I didn’t get it because of my sexuality, but I definitely think there are some connections there.”.
