Tijuana has a vibrant gay scene right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the border near San Diego. The Plaza Santa Cecilia has several gay bars and many more are not too far away. It is directly underneath an arch on the corner of 1st and Revolución and is known as the gayborhood in Tijuana.
